Thank you for your preorder with GODSPROMIZ Apparel! By placing a preorder, you're securing a piece from our upcoming collection and ensuring you're one of the first to get it. We're excited for you to receive your order and appreciate your patience as we prepare it for you.

What is a Preorder?

A preorder allows you to purchase an item that is not yet in stock. This reserves the product for you and guarantees your purchase from a limited-run collection before it's released to the general public.

Payment & Order Confirmation

Full payment for your preorder is charged at the time of purchase. This secures your item and allows us to begin production. After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Estimated Shipping Date

The estimated shipping date is listed on the product page. Please note that this is an estimated timeline and is subject to change. As a streetwear brand, we value quality and unique design, which sometimes means our production schedule can be influenced by factors beyond our control. We promise to keep you updated on any significant delays.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your preorder is ready to ship, we'll process and dispatch it within 3-5 business days. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your GODSPROMIZ Apparel package every step of the way.

Combining Preorder and In-Stock Items

If your order includes both a preorder item and an item that is currently in stock, your entire order will be shipped together once the preorder item is available. If you want to receive the in-stock item sooner, please place a separate order.

Cancellations

You may cancel your preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships. Once your order has been dispatched, it is subject to our standard return policy. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at Godspromiz.store@gmail.com
