Our Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for a Return
For an item to be eligible for a return, it must be:
• In its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors or damage.
• With all original tags and packaging intact.
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Note on Shipping: While we provide a return label, the cost of return shipping for returns is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund.
• For Returns: If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• For Exchanges: Once your returned item is received and approved, we will ship the new item to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For the sake of hygiene and customization, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:
